A site where those who are concerned about clean air, water, and habitat for wildlife can learn more about how to help in their own back yards. This site will keep up with proposed legislation that affects our ability to keep our planet clean and green, and will help others find websites and services to learn more about living lighter on the planet.

Check Out The Show!
If you are new to our site, please check out the shows we've done. Seven episodes of our very hearts and souls were poured into them. No budget of any kind (notice the lack of decent wardrobe for the host!) recorded on borrowed and basic equipment on our off time from work. Many many hours of b-roll (extra video) re-recording audio, and hours and hours to upload often over and over on YouTube. Sometimes Jackie and I would spend from midnight to 6am on the show after working 3pm to midnight at our "real" job. We believe in what we've done, and hope we are reaching thousands of people who know they can do better, healthier, and more for our wildlife by going native and chemical free.
We hope after watching the shows, you'll look into the recommended reading, and visit the websites listed here on ours for more inspiration.
Right now, I finally have my own copy of Doug Tallamy's book, "Bringing Nature Home". He is a scientist, and has the cited literature to back up what he's saying. I've been brought to tears several times while reading the book, and it has inspired me even more to continue what Jackie and I started. I'm also discovering that the natives I love actually provide even MORE of the food and cover needed by insects and other wildlife than I thought, and they are larval host plants for even more species of butterflies than I knew. Please get your own copy and read it. The very future existence of hundreds of species of birds and other wildlife depends on what we do in our yards.
